Along with phone support to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required. If you need help setting up your ticket please call us.
Response Time
We do our best to immediately respond to and fix any problems that you might be having. Our average response time for a ticket is fast, but can take shorter/longer depending on ticket volume, time of day, and day of the week.
Why Not Just Phone Support Only?
While we do take your phone calls sometimes phones can still be inefficient, and here's why; (NOTE: If you need help with setting up a ticket you may feel free to call customer service at any time.) :
* It's inefficient. On the phone you talk with one person who has to put you on hold all the time to look into an issue. With a ticket, multiple staff members can work on an issue at the same time.:
* There's no audit trail. With a ticket, we can look at your history to see if you've had this issue before. You can also review any ticket you've ever submitted to us and re-open them at a later date if the issue returns.:
* We can't search. Since there's no record of the conversation, if another user has an issue similar to yours, we can't search for it.:
* Excellent response time. In the same amount of time you'd spend on hold with companies who do offer phone support, we would have already responded to your ticket.
