All returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number and returned products must be received by VINIATI within 30 days after the shipment date. All products must returned be in new undamaged and uninstalled condition with all factory packaging and paperwork to be eligible for return or exchange, all products that have been installed are not returnable and wll be refused. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. We inspect each product before it is shipped to make sure that there is no damage before it leaves the warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the shipping company.
